In autumn, the red carpet is rolled out in Sterzing. On two Saturdays in September and October, the red carpet shows you the way for your shopping tour through the alpine town. It is a welcoming sign of appreciation of the local businesses in Sterzing for all the customers and visitors to the town with the famous “Zwölferturm” tower.
Accompanied by special musical and gastronomic treats, these days will be a unique experience in the Fuggertown, which charms its visitors with fashion, music and delicacies. Especially tempting: besides Italian designer fashion, quality shoes and fine jewelry, traditional handicrafts, typical local quality products and many more rarities that you won't find anywhere else will catch your eye. The historic town center with its perky oriels, colorful facades and cozy arcades is a joy for the eyes anyway and is therefore considered one of the most beautiful shopping streets in Europe.
From 9.30 a.m. to 6 p.m., the town of Sterzing presents not only a wide range of products, but also various culinary delights.
