Fridays begin with the traditional farmers' market at the town square. The Vipiteno harvest festival starts on Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Town Square. The farmers' market will be open to the public throughout the day. You can admire and buy homemade fruit juices and syrups, various tea and herb blends, cheese specialities, homemade jams, fresh eggs and much more. Doughnuts, fresh apple juice, homemade sausage with sauerkraut or smoked lamb - there is something for everyone!
