“Morgreti” is Sarntal dialect, derived from “St. Margaret’s day” from the lunar calendar, and is also the title for the “Zeit der Gaumenfreuden” (Culinary Delights) festival, held annually at the beginning of July in Sarntal.
The variety is immense, and gourmets will not find it easy to make their choice. Incidentally – anyone who partakes of the culinary delights in one of the five restaurants automatically enters a prize draw with exciting prizes.
