As summer draws to a close and autumn approaches, the Dolomite landscapes change, take on new shades and colours, the leaves begin to fall and everything becomes more orange and red. Very suggestive are the autumn sunsets that set the Dolomite walls on fire, a true spectacle of nature known as Burning Dolomites. The best time to enjoy this view is between mid-September and November. To mark the occasion, Val Gardena organises guided hikes every Tuesday and Thursday from 12th September to 2th November 2023. Hikers and enthusiasts will be able to admire a unique and breathtaking sunset that will colour the peaks fiery red.
