Celebrate spring in the Dolomites of Val di Funes in South Tyrol. Discover the 'Slow Food Travel - Spring Culinary Days' event.
From 29 May to 9 June, various restaurants in the valley will offer traditional specialities, reinterpreted and refined by (young) South Tyrolean chefs. The focus will be on local gastronomic products, such as meat from the 'Grigio Alpino' cattle breed. On the menu of these spring culinary days, the almost forgotten 'Milchfriegl' or 'Plentane Knödel' will once again be on offer.
