On 20 October, Tisio in Val di Funes, hosts the Farmer's Festival.
A journey of discovery into the handicrafts and traditions of Val di Funes to learn and get to know the ancient crafts and handicraft activities such as baking bread, weaving baskets or hats, working with felt, shearing sheep, carving wood and modelling clay.
During the festival, farmers sell their fresh produce from the farms and there is a wide selection of farmhouse specialities prepared on site. Bands and bands play in the village lanes.
The festival is also held in the event of rain and starts at 10 a.m. in the village centre of Tiso.
