The house is on the famous Zenoberg (hill) over the famous Tappeiner Promenade in a lovely, sunny and quite position sorrounded from wineyards and mediterenian vegetation. The apartment is beside the mainhouse and has been completely renovated and outfited . The place has a wonderfull view over the city or Meran and the sorroundings. To the centre of the town Meran and the parish church you will reach it in ca. 15 minutes walking (250 steps)
