Descent from Refuge Ra Stua
Refuge Ra Stua lies at 1668 m above sea level, and can be reached in about one hour walk (open on Christmas/New Year's Eve and on the weekends). The descent along the trail is very beautiful and varied, sometimes steep. Length: 200 m.
Descent from Refuge Croda da Lago
Refuge Croda lies at 2046 m above sea level. It can be reached on foot from Campo. It takes quite a long time to reach it (approximately 3 hours) but the descent is very long and exciting. If you are not trained enough for the ascent, you can contact the refuge keepers and ask to be fetched by snowmobile.
Descent from Refuge Scoiattoli
The trail taking from "Cian Zopè" (along the road to Falzarego Pass) to Refuge Scoiattoli (2255 m) is well-beaten in winter as well. It is about 4 km long, with a 550 m drop. If you go on foot, you need about one and a half hours to reach it. If you prefer a more comfortable alternative, you can take the chairlift of the slopes in the Cinque Torri resort.
Descent from Refuge Dibona
Refuge Dibona lies at 2037 m above sea level. It can be reached on foot in about one hour. The descent is pleasant and not too steep. Suitable for children.
Mietres Slope
Close to the swimming pool in Cortina, you can find a sled slope suitable for children. It is approx. 1 km long and is served by the Mietres chairlift. Possibility of renting sleds and bobs.
