The Saslong cableway (connection to the Sella Ronda) is only 400 m away, so it can be reached by walking or by free ski bus, stopping only 50 m from the house. You can ski back until 100 m from the house, through the connection slope which leads down from Col Raiser bottom station until Plan da Tieja. In Summer the Col Raiser cableway is a 10 minutes stroll away, which can be avoided in the months of July and August by the free shuttle stopping 50 m from the house. Two public children playgrounds can be found within 200 m from the house, as well as the Family Park Val Gardena. Also in Winter families with kids will appreciate the location being set just under the Plan da Tieja ski school slopes for children. Grocery stores, shops, rentals, bars and restaurants are all reachable in few steps walking.
