In the lush green of the Eirl Dolomites Retreat Sappada, there is a cozy village of Bio Chalet to offer everyone a unique experience in contact with the environment. In "Eirl", ancient place name, you can experience the magic of the snow-covered valley, put your skis on the slope next to the Chalet or relax in front of the fire. In summer, a large green lawn, the forest a few meters away, a beautiful pond and the entrance exclusively pedestrian ensure a quiet without a car. The small vegetable garden is available to all guests staying in the chalets. Breakfast, cleaning and linen are also included.

In the morning you can enjoy a rich organic breakfast based on genuine products, partly prepared directly on site, such as homemade jams, and partly purchased by local suppliers, such as bread and milk. There are also gluten free products.

Alp Stube is the exclusive restaurant in Sappada, where you can delight yourself at lunch and dinner with typical local dishes revisited by the chef and to enjoy with craft beers and the best wines of the area.
