Hotel Sonnenhof is located in San Vigilio di Marebbe, just 200 m from the ski slopes of Plan de Corones, South Tyrol's no. 1 ski area, and at the gateway to the Fanes-Senes-Braies nature park.
Whatever activity you prefer - skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, horse trekking, climbing, hiking - there are countless opportunities for an active holiday in every season. In summer, the Sonnenhof hotel also runs an Icelandic horse riding stable for those who enjoy riding.
When you wake up, start your day off right with the rich breakfast buffet with organic corner. In the restaurant, open daily for lunch, you can enjoy sublime dishes of local and international cuisine accompanied by a wide selection of wines from the cellar. Dietetic, vegetarian, gluten-free or special dishes for children are available on request. The hotel staff is happy to entertain you with aperitifs with live music twice a week and Ladin dinners in perfect South Tyrolean style in the atmospheric Romantic Wine Cellar. Dinners in the forest are also organised.
The wood-panelled rooms and suites have a private bathroom, desk, flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Most have a balcony.
In the afternoon, you can refresh yourself with homemade cakes and herbal teas or relax in the wellness area with saunas, gym, relaxation area, 5-seater outdoor whirlpool and Kneipp path in the garden. You can also enjoy a romantic hay bath, private sauna, yoga in the garden, massages directly in your room and thermal baths.
