Part of the Laste Diffused Hospitality project, Stua Sa Laste is a characteristic restaurant in Laste, a hamlet of Rocca Pietore, located inside an old barn renovated by the De Vallier family. Stua Sa Laste is a cosy place reminiscent of the typical 'stue', the living rooms of the Dolomite Ladin area. A real landmark in the area, for locals and tourists alike.

Exposed beams, a counter made of solid old wood, a stove and natural sunlight coming in through the many windows welcome guests inside. Modernity and tradition combine to perfection: the rooms furnished in wood are spacious and bright and give the atmosphere a feeling of pure pleasure.

The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is also an ideal place for an aperitif in company! Here you can enjoy traditional dishes surrounded by a breathtaking panorama. The view goes from Pelmo to Civetta to Sass de Rocia.
