Polenta baskets Prepare the polenta by boiling the water and milk with salt. Pour the flour and continue stirring with a blade, so as not to form lumps. Continue cooking for 45 minutes. When the polenta is ready add the butter and mix well. Place in a pastry bag and place it on the transparent film for foods which can then be wrapped. Close the roll in a sheet of aluminum foil and let cool. With the help of a spoon, the roll must be excavated so as to obtain a large enough space. Tomato sauce In a saucepan heat the oil and brown the garlic and onion, add the tomatoes cut into small pieces and let it simmer. Fill the baskets with this polenta stuffing and pass them in a hot oven for a few minutes.
