Cream butter with sugar. Add yolk, honey, salt and grappa, mixing until smooth and well blended. Add sifted flour, baking soda and grinded almonds. Grease the baking pan with butter and spread the dough in it.
Cook for 15 minutes in a pre-heated oven at a temperature of 180 °C.
We suggest to cut the cake while still warm to avoid crumbling.
