Hotel Schölzhorn

Hotel Schölzhorn is situated in the hamlet of Colle-Racines, 1,300 meters above sea level, a quiet resort for quality-holidays: in fact, this is one of the Alpine Pearls, a group of villages and cities guaranteeing sustainable and environmentally-friendly holidays.

In summer it is appreciated by hikers (trails start behind the hotel), mountain bikers (E-Bike rental) and rafters, whereas winter guests enjoy the Racines – Giovo ski area, one of the most modern in South Tyrol, just three minute walk from the hotel. Cross-country ski paradise and perfect destination for the toboggan runs. It is worth visiting other places such as the waterfalls in Stanghe, Ridanna Monteneve, Castel Tasso and Wolfsthurn castle. Only 1 hour drive away: Innsbruck and the Swarovski crystal world.

The restaurant offers a rich breakfast and a salad and appetizer buffet at dinner. In program an aperitif with prosecco and nibbles, one breakfast with sparkling wine and Sunday dinner.

All bedrooms are provided with shower, hairdryer, sat-TV, safe, and some have a balcony with panoramic view. Some rooms with double bed and bunk bed are available for families. At disposal, the Schölzhorn apartment for 2-8 people and equipped with every comfort.

The small wellness center features Finnish sauna, Turkish steam bath, cold mist shower, relaxation area, whirlpool and sun lamp. During certain hours guests have access to the indoor swimming pool of the opposite hotel.
