Frusciò, an unprecedented experiential trail located within the Stelvio National Park, was created in Trentino. Fruscìo is located along the itinerary of the Pozzatine Park in Val di Rabbi, a side valley of Val di Sole.
The route consists of seven sound stations designed to amplify the sounds of the forest, enhancing its idyllic atmosphere in the shade of fir and larch trees. Each stage corresponds to one of the seven chakras, those that according to Eastern religious tradition are the energy centres of the human body.
Wooden bells, mega music boxes connected to the trees, drums made from logs, giant trumpets and shelves full of books characterise it. There is also a circular amphitheatre made of polished metal that reflects the landscape. The last stop, a tribute to Arturo Benedetti Michelangeli, brings visitors to a grand piano set on a conifer at a height of 10 metres.
How to get to Frusciò
To reach the venue, you can walk along the road from the Cavallar car park. The walk takes about 30 minutes.
Park Therapy in Val di Rabbi
In the Stelvio National Park, there are other routes for psychophysical wellbeing, including Park Therapy - a barefoot path in the forest. This route is located in the locality of Coler, in a portion of woodland about 500 metres long, and lasts half an hour. A new regenerating experience in harmony with nature to fully enjoy the benefits it brings to body and mind.
