On 6 April, the 'Sapori del maso' (Farmhouse Flavours) event will take place in Lana's pedestrian zone during the 'LANA IN FIORE' period. An event with a purely gastronomic character consisting of a circuit of around 30 farmers' stalls presenting and selling their genuine local products.
The event will take place from 09 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday. At the stands, it will also be possible to enjoy tasty dishes of typical local cuisine.
The choice of products to discover is vast, from spices to mountain herbs, speck, cold cuts, cheese, fruit and vegetables. Among the typical dishes to try are liver dumplings, nettle tagliatelle with meat sauce, sautéed potatoes with meat, and barley soup.
