The Moritzino Club offers ONLY RESTAURANT SERVICE for lunch and dinner without the possibility to stay overnight. 

The Club is located in a unique location at 2100 meters altitude on the top of Piz La Ila at La Villa, in Alta Badia. From atop this rock buttress covered by a green mantle of pines and fir trees, you can enjoy a spectacular 360 degree view of the impressive Dolomites. Looking to the southwest, you can admire the ridges of the Puez Odle Natural Park, to the east the Fanes-Sennes-Braies Nature Park, and to the south the majestic Piz Boè of the Sella Group. Atop the summit of Piz La Ila lies one of the most famous ski slopes, the Gran Risa.

In the exclusive gourmet restaurant at 2100 meters, maître Francesco Scollo will be happy to welcome you on the glass-enclosed terrace and help you discover the superb culinary creations of Chef Marco Spinelli. Seafood and meat dishes, such as squid ink tagliolini or grilled Nebraska steaks, combined with refined South Tyrolean wines, will delight your palate. Sublime sweets will win you over: try the chocolate tart with olive oil or the famous Moritzino strudel! The wine bar, on the other hand, awaits you with a wide selection of wines, sparkling wines, and champagne. The scent of freshly baked pizza permeates the air and is served in the pizzeria, located near the lodge.

A trendy restaurant, frequented by young people, adults, and families, has become the heart of the Val Badia with a long 50 year history of hospitality and restauration. It’s a must-see for all those who love the mountains, and a destination where flavors meet music. As the most popular après-ski, skiers do not want to renounce it. After a morning skiing, DJ Luca Noale will be waiting for you at 2 pm for the usual appointment on the of Moritzino terrace. Tasty cocktails and delicious appetizers prepared directly in the Ice Bar will accompany your afternoon dancing.

THE PERFECT MIX OF FLAVOR AND FUN

In addition to providing catering services, the restaurant organizes themed evenings with a snow cat ride to the lodge, night skiing with dinner and DJ, corporate or group dinners, and wedding services. An example is the exclusive Moritzino Night with ascent and descent from the shelter in a snow cat, cocktail, dinner, and wild dancing. An ideal place for fun with company.

DIRECTIONS TO THE MORITZINO LODGE

The lodge can be reached by the La Piz Ila cable car in La Villa, on foot, on snowshoes, or on mountaineering skis along sign-posted paths, and, in the evening, by snow cat.
