Leave the riding school "El Mangruyo", in La Secca, and run along the bank of the Rai river towards Paludi. Cross a little cement bridge and then turn towards Case Càneve, along a sheep-track and pass the bridge on the Canale Cellina.
Past the bridge go straight along the road that enters the wood; cross a cement footbridge and then get ready to face the most binding stretch: enter the uphill track on the right. As you arrive at the plateau, the track becomes a comfortable excavated road that will reach soon the asphalted one climbing from Paludi. Turn right at the crossing and run along via IV Novembre, towards Sitran. As you move forward the Lago di S. Croce will appear.
Cross the hamlet of Sitran and turn left at the crossing near the church to Via Scalette. The road now will get narrower going downhill to the valley bottom, till the S.S.422 highroad, which links Bastia to Puos. Run a short stretch towards Bastia, then at the crossing to via Peschiere leave the asphalt and enter a "white" road towards Case Ronch. go uphill the lake bank on the right and, at a stream you are obliged to a diversion.
Run about 1 km of flat excavated road and reach the river Tesa mouth and the Sarathei Camping. Running along the lake bank you will be back at the mouth of the Tesa River. The return will follow the outward journey till the crossing of via Peschiere with the S.S.422 highroad.
Crossed the road, continue along the asphalted road for about 100 m, then turn left at the old building of the ex dairy, till a bridge. Pass it and run along a short excavated stretch that will lead you to the bank of the Canale Cellina. Continue along the bank till you will meet again the bridge on the canal and then follow the outward journey back. All the year long
