This easy route starts shortly after Hotel Rosental. Follow the little road to the lake and shortly afterwards turn right along the old mountain road no. 15 to reach the Pliedererhof (1641 m). Take the road from the farmhouse up to the little valley and then through the forest. Cross the meadows to reach Hotel Tulper. Continue on a gentle incline to the fork in the road where you turn right to reach the Herolerhof (164 m). On the way back, follow path no. 3 down through the forest until you come to the road for the Löchlerhof farm. Continue on and, after the hairpin bend, turn left along the gully carved out by the Gfasebach stream. Cross the stream and follow it to Luson.
Variant
At the Heroler farmstead, follow the forest road up through the forest to the Tulper Gampis alpine area. Continue along the road, leaving the alpine biotope to the left, and turn right onto the Griebelsteig trail to the Plasellalm. Follow the road and turn right at the fork in the road. Pass the Bacheralm and follow the track that leads steeply downhill along the mountainside. After passing the abandoned Gargitt farm, follow the forest road to the Hotel Luesnerhof and from there to Luson.
