Half Marathon in the Dolomites

The half marathon is a road running race over a distance of 21.0975 km, a race shorter than the much better known marathon. Considered a cross-country race, it is a very popular competition among amateur athletes and in the Dolomites. In Trentino Alto Adige, Belluno and Friuli there are several running competitions, such as the Saslong Half Marathon and the Alpe di Siusi Half Marathon to name but a few.
