In Forni di Sopra cross-country skiers can enjoy the circular track, called "tagliamento" with 15 km - 2 km of which are illuminated and provided with artificial snow-making machines. The cross contry centre is located in Santaviela, from where all the trails start.
The Tagliamento slope leads along the valley bottom and is one of the most interesting cross-country routes from a technical point of view. The slope is ideal for beginners and for the expert skiers. The trail is homologate for international competition.
