On 24 and 25 May 2025, the town of Klausen turns into a lively meeting point for lovers of gardening, crafts and nature. The Brennende Liab & Co. fair, with around 30 exhibitors, offers a wide selection of products and ideas for beautifying gardens, balconies and terraces.
Visitors will be able to find seeds, young plants, flowers and herbs, as well as plant rarities and furnishings for green spaces. Stands will display gardening objects and tools, raised planters, wooden verandas, fountains and works of art in stone, steel and wood. For those who love barbecues and outdoor conviviality, there will be grills, fireplaces and specialised equipment. In addition, it will be possible to discover a wide selection of organic products and be won over by the authentic flavours of South Tyrol in the pleasure and tasting corner, where local and artisanal specialities will be on offer.
The event is designed for the whole family: specialist lectures on the subject of gardening (in German), musical entertainment and a creative workshop for children will make the days even more exciting.
A weave in history
This year, Brennende Liab & Co. will host a special event: for the first time in South Tyrol, the 7th National Symposium of Basket weavers and basket weavers will enliven the historic centre of Chiusa, welcoming craftsmen from all over Italy. Visitors will have the opportunity to closely observe the ancient art of weaving, admire unique handmade artefacts and participate in interesting practical workshops.
