At the disposal of cross-country skiers are the two circular runs at the Pinei Pass. Snowshoeing, alpine skiing, heli-skiing, sledding, and carriage rides complete the winter offerings.

Just a few kilometers from the hotel are the charming towns of Bressanone, Bolzano, and Merano, which can be reached by car or public transport. There are also tours and day trips to discover the best known spots in this region. Local festivities, events, and festivals enliven the music and colors of the pretty towns of this valley. Among these are the musical evenings at Castel Presule, the Südtirol Jazzfestival, and the Schlern International Music Festival.
