Locanda degli Artisti Art hotel

The Locanda degli Artisti is an art hotel owned by the Rossi family located in Canazei, in the heart of the Fassa Valley. Art and good cuisine come together to offer guests a unique experience in an indescribable context, that of the Dolomites.

A holiday here is a true immersion in art, it almost seems like being inside a museum just waiting to be visited. In every room, from the rooms to the restaurant, you will find works of art of international renown. Each detail is studied and prepared for un unforgettable experience.

The Locanda degli Artisti is also a green hotel with a Class A energy certificate. The furnishings, walls and stairs are made from natural materials such as Dolomia stone, oak, larch and pine.

The comfortable and bright rooms and Junior Suites differ from each other in their furnishings and works of art. Each room is dedicated to an artist, and the original works of art are housed inside. For a holistic wellness experience, the Junior Suites are equipped with either a sauna, steam bath or whirlpool.

With the ¾ Gran Gourmet board you can savour the full flavour of Trentino cuisine. It starts with breakfast, which offers a selection of genuine sweet and savoury products, continuing in the afternoon with tea and ending in the evening with an à la carte dinner. Particular attention is paid to people with intolerances or specific diets. The gourmet experience continues in the Cianeva de Vecio wine cellar, where the expert sommelier will recommend the wines to be tasted.

At guests' disposal: a library with art books, Wi-Fi, meeting room, guided excursions, every morning the inn's mail with tips for the holiday, electric car recharge stations, parking, Val di Fassa Guest Card, bike and ski deposit, discounts for spas and ski passes and skibus in front of the hotel.

Amongst the excursions proposed by the Locanda, once a week a high-altitude breakfast is organised at Fuciade Hut, also owned by the Rossi family, starting from Passo San Pellegrino. The walk takes about 60 minutes.

Opposite the hotel you can admire the "Tan Art" art gallery housed in an eighteenth-century tobià, also owned by the Rossi family.
