On the snow of Alta Badia, snow rhymes with gourmet! In December, physical activity and good food will be the protagonists on the ski slopes in the area.
The food and wine event Gourmet Skisafari involves several mountain huts on the slopes and great chefs. In the huts participating in the event, you will therefore be able to taste dishes created by starred chefs who will give you a taste of the flavours of their land. A new way of hospitality, which wants to bring high-level cuisine into places often characterised by self-service or the traditional stereotyped dish.
The event is divided into various moments: in addition to the refuge tastings, there will be Ladin cooking courses, gourmet skitours, breakfasts at the hut at dawn, ski safaris, the ski day dedicated to South Tyrolean wines ‘Dé dl vin’. And much more.
